Crochet Kids Hat Beanie Yellow

Cotton yarn made in Canada of US grown cotton
Fey the magnificent modeling bear is sporting a buttery yellow crochet kids hat beanie, today. The hat's circumference is about 17-1/2 inches (46 cm) with a height of 7-1/2 inches (19 cm) from the very top to its decorative trim, keeping your little one's ears warm. It likes to play with toddlers to children up to about 5-years-old.

This particular kids hat beanie was conceived using cotton yarn in a creamy, buttery, pale yellow. It would love to adorn the head of a young warm-toned Spring, from the nippy Fall through warming Spring seasons. Its 1/2-inch wide edging is mostly white, tinged with a hint of brownish orange and a couple of flecks of warm brown.

All my kids hat beanies are crocheted, by me. The yarn used in this one's creation was made in Canada, of USA grown cotton. I was manufactured here, in the USA.

This little beanie quite soft! Because the cotton coat isn't as resilient as those of acrylic or wool you may, one day, find this hat has become tired and isn't hugging your child's head as snug as before. Giving it a nice bath with, perhaps, some fabric softener will revive it, though a truly exhausted kids hat may also require a quick tumble.

The Delicate cycle (cold water is preferred, but warm can be used to clean a kids hat that been playing too hard). No bleach, but fabric softener is ok. Then allow it to rest, flat, until dry. A quick tumble in the dryer is fine if you allow it to play only until it is slightly damp. Too much time in the dryer will result in an uncomfortable hat!! My crochet hats prefer being placed in a Delicates bag or pillow case as it keeps them from getting lost and aids in keeping them looking like new.
